Our current agricultural systems are too harsh on our environment and natural resources. By growing indoors we can eliminate the need for harsh chemicals, drastically reduce the water usage for growing and even fully utilise renewable energy to power our growth.
Quality is the first thing on our minds as we grow and our vertical farming techniques allow us to feed our plants exactly what they need; the temperature, humidity, water EC, nutrient mix can be optimised without having to worry about battling the weather. Vertical farming gives us more time to focus on growing and quality.
Another risk of growing outdoors is a lack of consistency in quality, if the temperature drops too low or there’s an outbreak of bacteria, entire crops can be affected. We grow indoors because this allows us to take back control and grow amazing quality food with full reliability, 365 days a year.
